Born and raised in Ahmedabad, India, she hails from a musical family; her father, Shri Ramesh Buch, is a respected folk singer and composer. Kairavi gained prominence as the lead vocalist at the United Way of Baroda Garba, one of the largest and most prestigious Garba events globally. In 2014, she set a Guinness World Record by leading 75,000 dancers simultaneously, a testament to her immense popularity and influence in the Garba community.
