Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate”, “you”) and Premier Tickets (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) regarding participation in the Premier Tickets Affiliate Program (“Program”). The Program is designed to enable approved Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting ticket sales through unique referral links. By enrolling, you agree to comply with these Terms and any subsequent modifications.

Eligibility

1. Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
2. Applicants must possess a valid email address and payment method.
3. Influencers, bloggers, publishers, content creators, marketing agencies, and businesses with a verifiable
   online presence or industry relevance may apply.
4. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Enrollment & Approval

1. To join, complete the Affiliate Program application via our website.
2. Upon approval, you will receive login credentials, access to the Affiliate Dashboard, and a unique referral
   link.
3. All personal and promotional details submitted must be accurate and kept current.

Commission & Payouts

1. Affiliates earn commissions on completed ticket sales made via their unique referral links.
2. Commission rates may vary depending on campaign, performance, or tier status.
3. Payouts are processed monthly, within 15 business days after the month ends, provided you meet the minimum
   threshold of $50.
4. Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer, or another approved digital method.
5. Commission amounts are subject to adjustment in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or
   policy breaches.
6. Detailed earning reports are accessible via your dashboard.

Attribution & Tracking

1. Referral tracking is powered by cookies valid for 90 days post-click.
2. The system uses first-click attribution unless otherwise specified.
3. Misuse of tracking links, cookie-stuffing, or self-referrals will lead to immediate termination and forfeiture
   of unpaid commissions.

Affiliate Responsibilities

1. Promote Premier Tickets with honesty, accuracy, and ethical intent.
2. Comply with local advertising regulations and online platform terms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube).
3. Avoid spamming, misleading promotions, paid keyword bidding on Premier Tickets’ trademarks, or false
   advertising.
4. Maintain a professional public association with the Premier Tickets brand.

Branding & Intellectual Property

1. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use pre-approved marketing assets for
   promotional purposes only.
2. Any unauthorized use, alteration, or redistribution of Premier Tickets’ intellectual property is prohibited.
3. All materials must be used as provided, unless customization is explicitly permitted in writing.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

1. Affiliates must protect all confidential information and personal data received through the program.
2. All data handling must comply with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant privacy laws.
3. Sharing customer or company data without consent is strictly prohibited.

Anti-Fraud & Ethical Conduct

1. Any attempt to manipolate, deceive, or violate platform integrity — including fake traffic, artificial
   conversions, or referral abuse — will result in termination and legal consequences.
2. Affiliates must uphold the integrity of Premier Tickets and represent it accurately at all times.
3. We reserve the right to audit promotional channels and suspend suspicious activity.

Affiliate Levels & Advancement

The Program offers performance-based tiers:

1. Basic Affiliate: New affiliates with access to core tools and standard commissions.
2. Advanced Affiliate: Achieved after consistent performance (e.g., 20+ ticket sales/month),
   unlocking premium assets and bonus campaigns.
3. Premier Affiliate: Top-performing affiliates with custom support, co-marketing opportunities,
   and enhanced visibility.
   Tier reviews are conducted quarterly, and upgrades/downgrades are based on metrics
   such as sales volume, conversion rate, and content quality.

Communication & Support

1. Affiliates receive updates on campaigns, promotions, and product features via email or dashboard
   notifications.
2. Dedicated Affiliate Success Managers are available for strategy consultation and technical assistance.
3. We provide access to training materials, FAQs, webinars, and promotional playbooks.

Termination & Exit Policy

1. Affiliates may leave the program at any time by submitting a written request.
2. Premier Tickets may suspend or terminate your account if:
   1. You violate these Terms.
   2. Fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected.
   3. You remain inactive for more than 90 days.
   4. You engage in behavior that harms the platform’s brand or partners.
3. Upon termination:
   1. Valid, unpaid commissions will be paid out after review.
   2. All access to promotional tools, materials, and dashboards will be revoked.

Limitation of Liability

1. Premier Tickets is not responsible for indirect losses, including revenue, opportunity, or reputation damages.
2. Affiliates are solely responsible for their promotional content, platforms, and compliance with local laws.

Indemnification

1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Premier Tickets harmless from any third-party claims resulting from
   your breach of these Terms or misuse of materials.

Program Changes & Amendments

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Updates will be communicated via the Affiliate Portal and/or email.
3. Continued participation implies acceptance of any revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
   of the courts of New Delhi.
2. Both parties agree to attempt resolution via good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

Miscellaneous

1. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Premier Tickets regarding the Affiliate Program.
2. If any clause is deemed invalid, all remaining clauses remain enforceable.
3. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.
