About Event

It is a community event to celebrate the biggest festival of India- Diwali; the event will host two of our guest singers accompanied by dance performances throughout the day. The event also includes different businesses, entrepreneurs and publishers from Adelaide as we promote our community.

Event Terms and Conditions

• • Please bring the print out of ticket confirmation with you.
  • ID proof of purchaser will be required to enter at the venue.
  • Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available from the Desi Swag Production Company.
  • The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. Entertainment Venues and  Desi Swag Production reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets)
  • Booking fee will not refunded in case of event cancellation.
  • The right of admission is reserved by the Venue’s management.
  • The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  • General ticket admission ticket do not hold liability of the seating plan/layout and all attendees would be seated to ‘first come, first served’.
  • Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from authorised ticketing partners or other authorised points of sale.
  • Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided to Box Office personnel. Failure to produce valid identification may result in the patron being charged full price for the ticket.
  • You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event.
  • When attending the event, you and each attendee in your group agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 or other such communicable diseases.
  • The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any parts of the event by the company itself.
  • Tickets must not be re-sold or offered for re-sale at a premium (including via online auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Entertainment Venues reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased that are suspected of being used in this way.
  • You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where the Seller has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the Seller’s Terms, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
