Event Terms and Conditions

• Please bring the print out of ticket confirmation with you.
  
• 18 + Event
• No ID No entry, Valid Id’s Australian Drivers License, Passport or Proof of age card(Australian).
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue; food and beverages will be available for sale as served by the venue.
• Parking at Holiday Inn available for $5. Park your car and on exit take discounted exit code from Reception by showing them event tickets.
• Entry Strictly by ENTRY PASS
• NO KIDS ALLOWED.
• No re-entry is permitted for the entire period of the event.
• All sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable – Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Booking fee will not refunded in case of event cancellation.
• Limited capacity event.
• Tickets will be refunded if government change the rules and due to COVID organizer had to cancel the event (no refunds if event is postponed).
• If the event is postponed, hold on to those tickets until a new date is announced. Those tickets will be valid for entry.
• No sort of misbehavior will be entertained.

• In case of any misbehavior/misconduct by any person at the venue, Event Organiser has all the rights to evict that person from the venue and no refund will be given.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
• The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
• You have to follow all the guidelines issued by the Australian government due to COVID-19.
