Body • Hormones • Health invites women to an informative and engaging afternoon at MGI, Moka, on Saturday, 28 November, dedicated to understanding women’s health, hormones, and overall wellbeing. Although women experience various physical and hormonal changes throughout their lives, many lack access to clear information about how their bodies work, which symptoms are common, and when medical advice may be necessary. Through expert presentations, open discussions, an interactive Q&A session, and practical movement activities, the event aims to create a supportive environment where women can learn more about their bodies, hormonal cycles, and the changes associated with different stages of life. Key topics will include menstrual health, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, perimenopause, menopause, and important symptoms that should not be overlooked. Hosted by Jerry Nayna, the programme will feature insights from Dr. Oxana Smirnova, Dr. Bhavna Sooknundun, and a fitness expert. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with others during a networking and refreshment break, share experiences, and continue meaningful conversations. Come with your questions and leave feeling more informed and empowered to take care of your health and wellbeing.
