Event Terms and Conditions
- Please bring the printed ticket confirmation for scanning purposes, along with a valid ID proof for verification.
- Kids entry free upto 3 years (No seat will be allocated).
- Kids above 3 years – ticket price will be applicable.
No Outside food allowed. - Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available.
- If an event is canceled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
- Booking fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
- In an event of international/state border restrictions or venue capacity restriction, the show will be postponed to a later date wherein existing ticket holders will be credited for same or equivalent seats..
