- If an event is canceled/postponed, we will only refund the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
- Event Producers & the Venue staff reserve the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for a successful running of
our event. - We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Anti-Social Behavior is unacceptable at our event.
- Adhere to all the rules of the venue.
- In an event of misconduct by patron’s, Event Producers reserves the right to eviction.
- We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
