Event Terms and Conditions
- Please bring the print out of ticket confirmation with you.
- LIMITED FREE ENTRY to COVID-19 compliance.
- STRICTLY Non- Alcoholic event.
- Ample free parking available at the venue.
- All tickets are final.
- ID proof of purchaser will be required to enter at the venue.
- Group entry tickets will be allowed all together.
- Tickets are non-transferable – Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
- Food will be available for purchase at the venue.
- In case of any misbehavior/misconduct by any person at the venue, Event Organiser has all the rights to evict that person from the venue and no refund will be given.
- Due to coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic Government has Restrictions on public gatherings for events and venue has LIMITED CAPACITY, organizer has the right to cancel tickets anytime before event.
COVID Instructions to be followed
- If you have any fever or any symptoms of having a cold or flu, you will not get entry due to COVID restrictions by SA Health.
- Keep 1.5 metres distance from others at all time at the venue.
- At entrance guests to be made to sanitize their hands.
- At entrance guests to be checked for temperature/SpO2 using thermal scanner/Oxymeter, the same is to be noted next to their name. If they do not meet permissible limits, they shall be denied entry and asked to leave immediately.
- The hands must be sanitized from time to time on the day of the event.
- Stay home if you’re unwell to avoid making others sick.
- You have to follow all the guidelines issued by the Australian government due to COVID-19.
