• • Dreamworld passes are NOT valid for entry.
  • Show this ticket to entre Dreamworld. Please bring the print out of ticket confirmation with you.
  • ID proof of purchaser will be required to enter at the venue.
  • Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available from the Platinum Events services Gold Coast.
  • There are no group discounts available.
  • One ticket per person.
  • Booking fee will not refunded in case of event cancellation.
  • The right of admission is reserved by the Venue’s management.
  • You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event.
  • The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any parts of the event by the company itself.
  • You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where the Seller has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the Seller’s Terms, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.
