About Rahul Sharma

Rahul Sharma is a world renowned Santoor [ 100 stringed instrument] having been performing for the past 27 years and travelled across the globe to more than 50 countries. From having performed in concert halls such as Barbican ,Queen Elizabeth in England, Kennedy Centre Washington , The esplanade in Singapore, The Bolshoi in Russia and the Sydney Opera House in Australia. Rahul has created composed and performed with grammy winning musicians such as American saxophonist KennyG, the highest selling pianist French origion Richard Clayderman, Electronica group Deep forest . Rahuls album Namaste india with KENNYg was No 1 on US JAZZ BILLBOARD records.
Rahul Sharma and his wife Barkha Sharma on Tanpura [ stringed instrument] were invited by the Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi to perform for the visiting Duke and Duchess of England Princess Kate and William.
More than 60 albums recorded and composed for Bollywood films and singers such as Lata Mangeshkar,Asha Bhosle and actors Amitabh bachchan and Hritik Roshan,etc. Rahul Sharma was the only Indian to be invited at the WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM in Switzerland to perform for world leaders.
