• Please bring the printed ticket confirmation for scanning purposes, along with a valid ID proof for verification.
• We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
• Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available.
• Booking fees is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Booking fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
• We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Anti-Social Behavior is unacceptable at our event.
• Adhere to all the rules of the venue.
• In an event of misconduct by patron’s, Event Producers reserves the right to eviction.
