7:00 PM – Welcome & Registration

• Begin your evening with a warm welcome. Couples are greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, beautiful flower garlands, and a surprise gift. A quick introduction to the evening’s activities sets the tone for the fun ahead.
• Love Trails & Clues – Embark on a romantic, love-themed treasure hunt through the scenic trails of the retreat. Exciting prizes await the winning couple.

8:30 PM – Dance the Night Away

• Get into the groove with our in-house DJ as the beats bring everyone together on the dance floor.

9:30 PM – Campfire Love Stories & Stargazing

• Cozy up around a campfire for an intimate storytelling session, followed by stargazing under the clear night sky.

10:30 PM – Candlelit Dinner

• Indulge in a beautifully curated outdoor dining experience. Our menu features a delectable spread of starters, main courses (vegetarian and non-vegetarian options), and Valentine-themed desserts to make the night extra special

11:00 PM – Event Conclusion

• For couples opting for camping, our team will guide you to your private, decorated tents.

Optional Camping Package Includes:

• Comfortable, cozy tents for two, adorned with fairy lights and cushions.
• Midnight hot chocolate or coffee station to keep the magic alive.
• Morning breakfast followed by a refreshing nature walk.

• Seats will be allotted on First Come First Serve basis.
• Please bring a printed ticket confirmation for scanning purposes, along with a valid ID proof for verification.
• Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available.
• Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Booking fees per ticket may be levied. Please confirm the total amount before payment.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue due to misconduct or misbehavior, and no refunds will be provided.
• Organizers and their agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, thefts, losses, or costs during the event.
