The Global Investigative Journalism Conference, the world’s largest gathering of investigative journalists, will make its Asia debut in 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Organized by the Global Investigative Journalism Network (GIJN) and Malaysiakini, #GIJC25 will bring together over 1,500 journalists for more than 150 expert-led panels, workshops, and networking sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from Pulitzer Prize winners, data journalism pioneers, and fearless reporters who have uncovered corruption and abuses worldwide, all while exploring the latest tools, techniques, and innovations in investigative journalism.
