Partner Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Premier Tickets (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the applicant (“Partner”, “you”) participating in the Premier Tickets Partner Program (“Program”). The Program is designed to facilitate collaboration with individuals or businesses who promote and refer clients to our ticketing platform in exchange for commission-based rewards. By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms and any future updates.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Only individuals who are 18 years or older and businesses legally registered in their operating jurisdiction are eligible to apply.
  2. Applicants must have verifiable industry knowledge, a digital presence (website/social media), or a strong network in the live events or entertainment domain.
  3. Premier Tickets reserves the exclusive right to reject applications based on discretion, background checks, conflict of interest, or non-alignment with brand values.

Enrollment & Acceptance

  1. Enrollment is initiated by completing the official Partner Program Application Form on our website.
  2. Upon approval, Partners receive login credentials, access to the Partner Dashboard, a unique Partner ID or referral link, and resource materials.
  3. It is the Partner’s responsibility to ensure all submitted information is accurate and up to date.

Commission Structure & Payouts

  1. Partners earn commissions on net ticket sales generated through their referral activities.
  2. Commission percentages may vary depending on partnership tier, geographic region, or custom agreements.
  3. Payouts are processed monthly within 15 business days post month-end, subject to a minimum earnings threshold of $100.
  4. Commissions may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or policy violations.
  5. Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon during onboarding.
  6. Detailed reports of earnings and transactions are available through the Partner Dashboard.

Attribution & Tracking

  1. Each partner receives a trackable referral link; cookies associated with the link are valid for 90 days.
  2. The system uses first-touch attribution to assign referral credit unless otherwise specified.
  3. The use of misleading tactics, fake accounts, or self-referrals to manipulate referral outcomes is strictly prohibited and subject to termination without payout.

Partner Obligations

  1. Partners must represent Premier Tickets truthfully and professionally.
  2. All promotional activities must adhere to ethical marketing practices and local regulations.
  3. Unauthorized use of Premier Tickets’ name, trademarks, or services, or any attempt to replicate platform functionality is strictly forbidden.
  4. Partners may not engage in illegal advertising (e.g., spam, keyword bidding on our trademarks, or misrepresentations).

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  1. Partners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Premier Tickets’ marketing materials and branding for promotional purposes only.
  2. Intellectual property rights remain fully with Premier Tickets.
  3. Any modification, redistribution, or misuse of content without written approval is a breach of agreement and may result in legal action.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

  1. Partners agree to keep confidential all non-public data and communication shared during the course of partnership.
  2. Any data handling must comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  3. The personal information collected must only be used in connection with the Program and may not be shared with third parties.

Anti-Fraud, Compliance & Ethical Conduct

  1. Any attempt to game the referral system, create false events, use bots, or mislead organizers will lead to immediate disqualification and legal recourse.
  2. Partners are responsible for ensuring their practices comply with regional advertising laws, competition regulations, and online platform guidelines (Google, Meta, etc.).
  3. Premier Tickets reserves the right to audit or investigate unusual patterns or suspected abuse.

Program Tiers & Advancement

  1. Starter Partner: 1–5 events/month. Access to basic tools and support.
  2. Growth Partner: 6–15 events/month for 3+ months. Gains access to curated leads and marketing templates.
  3. Premier Partner: 15+ events/month. Access to premium tools, co-branding options, and recognition in the partner network.
  4. Partner tiers are reviewed quarterly and can be upgraded or downgraded based on consistent performance and contribution metrics.

Support & Communication

  1. Each partner is assigned a dedicated Partner Success Manager for strategic support.
  2. Assistance is available via chat, email, and scheduled calls during business hours (IST).
  3. Partners will receive timely updates on feature rollouts, campaigns, and event opportunities via newsletters and webinars.
  4. Feedback channels include surveys, pilot testing invites, and quarterly reviews.

Termination & Exit Policy

  1. Partners may voluntarily exit the Program by giving written notice.
  2. Premier Tickets reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following
    conditions:

    1. Misrepresentation or unethical behavior.
    2. Non-compliance with legal obligations.
    3. Inactivity for over 90 days without explanation.
    4. Involvement in fraudulent or misleading referrals.
  3. Upon termination:
    1. All unpaid, validated commissions earned before termination will be settled.
    2. Partner access to all tools, resources, and branding must cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Premier Tickets is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including business interruption, reputational damage, or loss of revenue.
  2. The Partner assumes full responsibility for their own promotional strategies and any third-party liabilities arising from them.

Indemnification

  1. Partners agree to indemnify Premier Tickets against claims, disputes, damages, or legal costs arising out of:
    1. Misuse of intellectual property.
    2. Breach of terms.
    3. Violations of laws in the partner’s jurisdiction.

Modifications & Amendments

  1. Premier Tickets reserves the right to update these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or business reasons.
  2. All changes will be communicated via the Partner Portal and email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
  2. Partners agree to attempt amicable resolution of any issues before pursuing legal channels.

Miscellaneous

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Partner Program and override any previous communications or understandings.
  2. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect.
  3. The failure of Premier Tickets to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce such terms later.
