The BOSA Winter Carnival is one of the largest community gatherings in the school’s annual calendar and has evolved into a major attraction for families and residents in South Delhi. The carnival features a curated mix of food stalls, retail pop ups, entertainment zones, games, student showcases and live performances, all set within the vibrant and welcoming grounds of Birla Vidya Niketan.
The 2025 edition of the Winter Carnival was a landmark success, welcoming more than 7,000 people throughout the day. Over 60 brands and small businesses participated as exhibitors. The overwhelming response reflected the strong community trust that BOSA has built over the years and proved that the Winter Carnival is a powerful platform for brand visibility, customer engagement and on ground marketing impact.
Building on this momentum, the 2026 edition is expected to draw over 8,000 visitors and more than 75 participating businesses. With a balanced mix of students, families, young professionals, alumni and the larger South Delhi community, the upcoming Winter Carnival offers a unique opportunity for brands to be part of a large-scale, high energy event with strong community relevance.
