The venue features a proscenium-style stage and has a seating capacity of around 717–721 guests, making it one of the largest theatre spaces on campus. It is equipped with professional stage facilities, lighting, and sound systems designed to support both academic productions and touring performances.
Humanities Theatre is part of the Theatres at UWaterloo, which also includes the Theatre of the Arts and Studio 180, providing a range of performance environments for students, artists, and visiting performers.
