Electric Callboy, formerly known as Eskimo Callboy, is a German metalcore and electronicore band known for blending heavy music with comic energy. They debuted with their 2010 EP released through EMP, later reissued via Redfield Records, and quickly gained traction by opening for acts like Bakkushan, Callejon, Ohrbooten, We Butter the Bread with Butter, and Neaera. The current lineup includes Kevin Ratajczak, Daniel “Danskimo” Haniß, Pascal Schillo, Daniel Klossek, David Friedrich, and Nico Sallach, and the group has built an extensive discography starting with their 2012 album Bury Me In Vegas. Their follow-up releases such as We Are The Mess, Crystals, The Scene, Rehab, and Tekkno, along with the MMXX EP, expanded their international reach through tours in Japan and Europe. The band’s evolution continued after longtime singer Sebastian “Sushi” Biesler departed in 2020, with Nico Sallach taking over vocal duties. In 2021, they adopted the new name Electric Callboy and released tracks like “Spaceman,” “We Got The Moves,” and “Pump It,” even submitting “Pump It” for consideration in Germany’s Eurovision 2022 selection, though it did not make the final list.
