The Vaisakh Mela 2026, proudly presented by the Punjab Aussie Association of SA, is a grand celebration of Vaisakhi—the traditional harvest festival that marks joy, gratitude, and new beginnings in Punjabi culture. This vibrant, family-friendly event will be held at Civic Park, Modbury on 28 March 2026, starting from 1:00 PM onwards, and promises an immersive cultural experience for people of all ages. Attendees can look forward to energetic Bhangra and graceful Giddha performances, live Punjabi music, and colorful traditional costumes that reflect the rich heritage of Punjab. The mela will also feature a festive community atmosphere with food stalls, cultural displays, and opportunities for local businesses and sponsors to participate. Designed to bring families and the wider community together, Vaisakh Mela 2026 is a joyful day filled with music, dance, culture, and celebration, honoring the spirit of harvest and togetherness.
