USF is a leading hub for art, film, music, and creative industries in Bergen and across Norway, serving as a major center for cultural collaboration and innovation. Located in the historic USF Verftet, a former sardine factory, the space has been transformed into a vibrant cultural complex that houses five venues dedicated to music, theatre, film, and contemporary art, along with multiple artist studios and office spaces. In addition to its role as a performance and exhibition venue, USF actively supports artistic development by hosting the AiR Bergen artist residency program, welcoming artists from around the world to live and work within its creative community.
