His decision reflected not only strategic foresight but also a deep appreciation for the natural surroundings and their potential for recreational development. The golf course was subsequently laid out across an expansive area of approximately 110 acres within the Race Club premises, offering ample space for sporting activities in a serene environment. Complementing this facility, the golf clubhouse was strategically constructed on Maharanapratap Singhji Road, serving as a central hub for members and visitors while enhancing the overall prestige and accessibility of the golf course.
