okgiorgio (real name Giorgio Pesenti) is a celebrated Italian music artist, DJ, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, known for blending rich classical guitar influences with contemporary electronic sounds to create a distinctive, genre-defying musical style. Born in Bergamo, Italy, in 1996, he began his artistic journey in music production and performance before launching his solo project under the name okgiorgio in 2022.
Starting out writing and producing for other artists, okgiorgio has amassed over 100 million streams through collaborations and production credits. His work has spanned collaborations with major names in Italian music across genres, showcasing his versatility and broad creative range.
His solo breakthrough came with the release of his debut single okokok in 2022, followed by the ok EP in December 2023, which surpassed 1 million streams and secured spots on key Spotify playlists like New Music Friday and Fresh Finds Dance.
In 2024, okgiorgio was selected for Spotify’s RADAR Italy Class of 2024, with his music featured on a Spotify billboard in Times Square, a landmark recognition that highlights rising global talent.
