RULES & REGULATIONS
• School ID card or Aadhar card is mandatory
• Students may participate in all 3 events in their grade except Relay
• Top 3 places will receive Medal & Certificate

Terms & Conditions 
Participation

• All participants must be medically fit to take part in the event.
• By registering, you confirm that you are physically capable of completing your chosen distance.

Event Rules

• All runners must wear their bib number visibly during the race.
• Follow the instructions of event organizers, volunteers, and officials at all times.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct or rule violations.

Safety & Responsibility

• Basic first-aid and ambulance support will be available.
• Participants run at their own risk.
• The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.

Media Consent

• By participating, you agree to the use of your photos/videos for promotional and marketing purposes.

Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, time, or venue if required due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, permissions, etc.).

Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refund Policy

• All registrations are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
• This includes:
Personal cancellations
Medical reasons
Event postponement or rescheduling

Transfer Policy

• Registration cannot be transferred to another person.
• Category changes (if allowed) must be requested before the deadline set by organizers.

Event Cancellation

• In case of cancellation due to unavoidable situations, the event may be Rescheduled
• Converted into a virtual run (if applicable)
• No monetary refunds will be issued.

Waiver Statement

By registering, you agree that:
• You are physically fit and trained
• You understand and accept all risks involved
• You waive any claims against the organizers, sponsors, and partners
