- Please bring a printed ticket confirmation for scanning purposes, along with a valid ID proof for verification.
- Tickets are non-refundable – Once purchased No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available.
- Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Booking fee per ticket may be levied, confirm the total amount before payment.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual for misconduct, with no refund. Organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury.
- By using this ticket, you consent to the use of your appearance in media for promotional purposes.
- These terms and conditions may change at the organiser’s discretion.
- A valid ticket is required for entry.
- No refunds unless the event is cancelled.
- Recommended for ages 18+ (ID may be required).
- Under 18s are permitted until 6:00 PM only.
- Under 18s must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
- Management may enforce reasonable supervision ratios at its discretion.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the behaviour, safety, and wellbeing of children in their care.
- Children must not enter restricted areas including bar areas, DJ booth, or service zones.
- Running, climbing on furniture, or unsafe behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- If the match continues after 6:00 PM, management will decide whether under 18s may remain until the end.
- Management reserves the right to ask families with children to leave earlier if the environment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
- All children count towards venue capacity.
- This is a private event area — ticket holders only.
- Food vouchers are valid for VIP ticket holders only and cover up to £15 at designated stalls. Any additional spend must be paid by the customer.
- No anti-social behaviour will be tolerated. Anyone causing disruption may be removed without refund.
- Please follow all staff and security instructions at all times.

- As alcohol is served, management reserves the right to enforce family curfew times for safety reasons.
