Joe Hisaishi World Dream Tour 2026

Globally celebrated composer Joe Hisaishi will join forces with the internationally acclaimed Orchestre de Paris for his highly anticipated World Dream Tour, bringing an extraordinary evening of orchestral music to Singapore. Marking the orchestra’s first-ever tour to Singapore and the first major European or American orchestra tour to the country since 2020, the concert promises a remarkable fusion of Europe’s rich symphonic tradition and Hisaishi’s emotionally powerful musical storytelling. As Composer in Association with the Philharmonie de Paris, where the orchestra is based, Hisaishi continues to captivate audiences worldwide with compositions celebrated for their lyrical beauty and cinematic depth. The programme will open with Claude Debussy’s elegant Petite Suite, followed by Hisaishi’s sweeping Symphonic Suite “Princess Mononoke”, which reimagines the beloved film score as a grand orchestral work featuring a soprano soloist. After the intermission, audiences will experience the Singapore premiere of Hisaishi’s latest composition, Concerto for Orchestra, an exhilarating finale designed to showcase every section of the orchestra in a dynamic and electrifying performance.
