- Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, professional recording equipment, and any items restricted by the venue or security team. All attendees may be subject to security screening upon entry.
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Harassment, fighting, abusive language, intoxicated or disruptive behavior, indecent exposure, nudity, vandalism, unsafe conduct, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
- Event date, time, venue, performers, and production details are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including but not limited to weather, travel delays, artist availability, government restrictions, venue issues, technical issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen conditions.
- In the event of a full event cancellation by the organizer, the organizer may first offer replacement tickets to the next available show within 365 days. If a suitable replacement show is not made available within that period, a refund may be issued according to the organizer’s refund process.
- In the event of postponement, rescheduling, weather-related issues, force majeure, or other unforeseen conditions outside the organizer’s control, refunds are not guaranteed. However, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to offer tickets or credit toward a future show within 365 days, either for the same artist if available or for another event organized by the organizer.
