“The Limelight is established as the most famous venue for live music in the country! We’ve hosted legendary shows from the likes of Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Jeff Buckley and Van Morrison over the years. Continuing to bring the world’s biggest artists with the likes of Slayer, Lewis Capaldi, Stormzy, Dermot Kennedy and Disclosure all playing in recent years. Not to mention our fabulous alumni of comedy acts including a huge run of Kevin Hart shows. The venue is split into five spaces – Limelight 1 (rebuilt in 2012 with state of the art lighting and sound), the original venue now called Limelight 2, The Limelight Lounge (our new gigs & club space), The Rock Garden – our outdoor terrace and The Little Rock – both stocked with their own bars!”
