• Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available.
• If an event is canceled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
• Booking fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
• No Large Groups of Only Males, Mixed Groups Advised
• We will take pictures and record videos at the event for our marketing purposes. By purchasing the ticket, you give us consent to use those pictures for our marketing/ads.

• Bollywood Pulse & the Venue staff reserves the right to ask any guest to leave or remove them from the venue for any reason we see as inappropriate and for a successful running of our event
• We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Anti-Social Behavior is unacceptable at our event

• In an event of misconduct by patron’s, Event Organizer reserves the right to eviction.
• The right is reserved to refuse admission to a ticket holder who arrives late to a venue & may not be allocated to their designated seat, until there is a convenient break in the program.
• We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.
