Got Soul is a relaxed, Neo Soul lounge experience that began in 2009 at Juno Bar in Shoreditch and later moved to South Place Hotel, Moorgate, running weekly until March 2020. Designed as the ultimate Sunday wind-down, Got Soul offers a smooth and soulful atmosphere for those looking to chill after a busy week. The music policy blends Neo Soul, Soul, Rare Groove, Soulful Hip Hop, Independent and Alternative R&B, and Jazz—creating a rich soundscape perfect for mellow vibes, singalongs, and a bit of two-stepping. Expect tunes from artists such as Erykah Badu, D’Angelo, Jill Scott, Anderson .Paak, Sault, Robert Glasper, H.E.R., Frank Ocean, and many more. While it’s not a nightclub or dance party, Got Soul celebrates soulful music and good energy in an intimate lounge setting.
