HC American Masters Weightlifting Championships & Americas Cup 2025

The Howard Cohen American Masters Championships and Americas Cup, hosted by USA Masters Weightlifting, invite athletes aged 30 and above to compete in the snatch and clean & jerk events, with an optional deadlift for the SuperTotal category. Participants can choose to enter the HCAM, Americas Cup, or both. Athletes aged 30–34 and non-USA lifters are eligible to compete in the Americas Cup and SuperTotal divisions only. This inclusive event welcomes all skill levels—no qualifying totals are required—making it a celebration of strength, dedication, and sportsmanship among master lifters.
