Karvaan’26 is the annual cultural fest of Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women, University of Delhi, taking place on 18th–19th March. The fest will feature a range of exciting competitions, vibrant cultural performances, and a lively campus atmosphere. Karvaan’26 promises two days filled with culture, music, and celebration.
Entry will be closed by 3:00 PM
Prohibited Items:
• Liquids
• Weapons
• Cigarette
• Illegal stuff
• Lighter
• Sprays
• Medicines without prescription
• Sharp objects
• Perfumes
• No filled water bottles or containers with any liquid (water/soft drinks etc.) will be allowed. Students can bring empty bottles and fill water from the college campus.
• Any prohibited items found with students at the entry will be confiscated.
Terms & Conditions
- Karvaan’26 is a girls-only fest. Entry will only be permitted to female attendees except authorised staff, performers, participants in any event or competition and vendors.
- Entry for all will be done via passes + valid ID hardcopy (All SRCASW students, all participants, and all stall vendors).
- Soft copies of ID proof will not be accepted.
- If a student/guest doesn’t have a mobile phone, they must carry a printed hard copy of the passes.
- Passes will be sent to your registered email IDs.
- QR tickets are non-transferable. Selling or transferring QR codes is strictly prohibited.
- Outsiders are allowed with a pass and valid ID proof.
- Valid ID proof must be the hardcopy of your College ID card.
- Please bring the printed ticket confirmation for scanning purposes, along with a valid ID proof for verification.
- Right of admission reserved.
- Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
- In case of any misbehavior/misconduct by any person at the venue, Event Organizer has all the rights to evict that person from the venue and no refund will be given.
- The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any parts of the event by the company itself.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
