TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1: Departure from Delhi

• Gather & report at Majnu ka Tilla (2 km from Vidhan Sabha Metro Station) at 6:00 pm & meet the trip manager and depart for Kasol at around 6:30 pm. Overnight journey to Kasol from Delhi (520 km).

DAY 2: Kasol Sightseeing & Exploration

• Reach Kasol in the morning. After Campsite/hotel check-in, you may rest for a while.
• After some rest, we will engage in Kasol sightseeing and exploration. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the market to check out and do try some delicious Israeli & local food of Himachal Pradesh. After lunch, you may spend time near the Parvati River and get some clicks with the beautiful nature. Hike to Chalal village to experience real nature, the local village lifestyle, and culture.
• By evening we will be back to our hotel/campsite where you may enjoy quality time with friends and fellow travelers. Enjoy the light music and bonfire at the campsite. Have dinner & overnight stay in Kasol hotel/camps.

 MEAL: DINNER

DAY 3: Tosh

• Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and serene landscape. After freshening up, have breakfast with tea.
• After our breakfast, we will drive to Barsheni from Kasol. From Barsheni, there is a short distance to reach Tosh village. We will travel through the village to reach our hotel. After hotel check-in, we will hike towards the waterfall in Tosh. Trail is very easy and at a short distance from our hotel. Have some leisure time at the waterfall and interested people may hike to nearby Kutla village which is approx an hour trek away from this waterfall. Trek to Kutla is a bit steep but will be totally worth it.
• By evening, we will be back to our hotel where you can enjoy some free time to relax and socialize with friends and fellow travellers. We will have dinner followed by overnight stay in our hotel in Tosh.

 MEAL: BREAKFAST & DINNER

DAY 4: Free day for yourself (Leisure Day)

• Wake up early to enjoy the morning view of Tosh. Freshen up and have morning breakfast while enjoying a breathtaking view from the roof top of the hotel.
• After breakfast, we will check-out from hotel but still keep our luggages at hotel safely. You are free to spend time in Tosh and take a leisure walk around Tosh village with friends and fellow travellers.
• In the noon, we begin the return journey from Tosh to Kasol. If time persists, you can spend some more time in Kasol. We will board the bus from Kasol to Delhi around 5:30 pm which will be a overnight journey from Kasol to Delhi.

 MEAL: BREAKFAST

DAY 5: Back to Delhi

• Back to Delhi by early morning with a bucketload of memories and endless pictures.

Event Terms and Conditions

• There will be no refund on a purchased Ticket.
• Please bring the print out of ticket confirmation with you
• This ticket permits only entry to the festival ground. Any drink or meal is not included in the purchase of this ticket.
• In the case with a couple of entry pass, if you are not found to be a couple at the entry time then you may be banned from entering the festival ground.
• Outsiders will be not allowed.
• Tickets must be purchased by someone who is of age 18 & above.
• Tickets and tent holders or resort accommodation must have payment proof or digital pass to attend the festival or email confirmation.
• This ticket permits entry to the festival grounds only. Any pre-parties or after-parties may have other ticketing requirements and may be sold separately.
• For security reasons, the organizers reserve the right to perform a security check on any member of the audience at any point during the Event
  Ticket holders must carry a valid original photo ID proof such as Driving License, Aadhar Card, PAN Card or Passport when attending the festival.
• Food and beverages will be available inside the festival. Any outside Food and Beverages are not allowed inside the festival.
• There is a strict no drug policy that will be followed by each attendee at the venue.
• Foul, abusive or any form of discriminatory language, unruly language or any unruly or threatening behavior will not be tolerated at the Event at any cost.
• Artist lineup and activities may be subjected to change at any point of time without prior intimation.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the Event or any part of it.
