About Event

Dear Ladies this Women’s Day pack your bags and join us with your girls gang. We are heading to the sunkissed beaches in Gokarna. Camping with your besties, you can spend the night under the open sky! Relax by the bonfire and munch on some delicious food. And that’s not all, we’ve got a lot more activites in store for you-
– Beach Trails from Om beach to Kudle beach, followed by Half Moon & Paradise beach, there’s a lot to explore!
– If you are lucky you may spot dolphins
– Engage in some friendly activites with your fellow campers
– You can take a dip in sea
– Visit to magnificent Vibhooti Falls
– Climb through gigantic Yana Rocks

Itinerary

DAY 1

• Reach Kudle beach campsite, freshen up & have a breakfast
• We’ll start the trip with a relaxing morning on the beaches, playing in the water
• Take a soul-soothing dip in the water under the hot sun, get wet, get tired & get hungry!
• Break for the delicious lunch
• Restart our trekking
• Relax & enjoy the amazing sunset
• Head back to the campsite before it is too dark
• Campfire, music, dinner, social gathering till late night
• Sleep in tents under the stars

DAY 2

• Breakfast & check-out.
• Visit to Vibhooti falls
• Trekking at Yana
• Lunch
• Back to Gokarna
• End of trip with lots of memories

Event Terms & Conditions

No Luxury. We assure awesome memories, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.
Any damage/loss caused to the tents/ property materials ,shall be bearded by the customer.
Strictly follow the instructions / rules of the organizers.
Every traveller is responsible for his/her for your own safety. Do not indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to you or fellow travellers.
The final decision in any regard shall be with the organizer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Organizer:

• The organizers may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travelers signed up for the trip/trek.
• The organizers will inform you about the cancellation 24 hours before the event start time so that you have enough time to make an alternate plan.
• In this case, the full amount will be refunded.
• Alternatively, you can also choose to postpone your ticket to the future event or switch to another event by Kinara Tourism.

Cancellation by you (The traveler):

• The Organizers have to be informed 48 hours before the event start time if you wish to cancel your event.
• In this case, the refund would be processed as per “Refund Policy”.
• Alternatively, you may postpone your ticket to future event 48 hours before the event start time.
• No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of event start time.
• You may provide a replacement from your end (your friend, colleague or any other) in case you cannot make it to the event because of unforeseen circumstances. This way you can save your hard earned money.

Refund Policy:

• 80% refund before 48 hours of event start time.
• No refund within 48 hours of event start time whatever be the reason (Health, Accident, Family crisis, Office issue or anything else).
• No refund during/after the event.
