Castle Towers

Castle Towers opened in 1982, featuring major retailers like Kmart, Coles, and Norman Ross. The shopping center underwent significant expansion in November 1991 with the addition of David Jones and Franklins. In August 1993, the Greater Union cinema was introduced, and later that year, Target replaced Norman Ross.

By September 1999, the second Greater Union cinema opened alongside 44 specialty retailers, including the Piazza restaurant precinct. In April 2000, Target and David Jones unveiled their extensions, and Food For Less and Bi-Lo replaced Franklins as it relocated to Castle Mall, adding another 76 stores to the complex. Castle Towers has since become a vibrant shopping and dining destination in the area.
