The Bailey Theatre in downtown Trail is the city’s main performing arts venue, offering 719 seats with excellent stage views in an intimate setting. Smaller events and meetings are held in the nearby Muriel Griffiths Room, which accommodates 80–100 guests. Managed by the nonprofit Trail and District Arts Council, both spaces are available for booking year-round (except statutory holidays) and support local arts, cultural, and heritage organizations.
