Fringe Dairy is a unique and atmospheric live music venue and bar tucked inside the historic Fringe Club at 2 Lower Albert Road in Central, Hong Kong. Housed in what was once the front shop of the old Dairy Farm depot, the space retains its original early‑20th‑century character — including tiled floors, tall wooden‑shuttered windows and overhead fans — creating an intimate, heritage‑rich setting for jazz, cabaret and other live performances. With seating for about 80 (or up to 150 standing), Fringe Dairy hosts a rotating lineup of live music events ranging from jazz ensembles and vocal sets to contemporary concerts, all complemented by a bar serving drinks and light fare, making it a beloved cultural spot for both music lovers and nightlife seekers in the city.
