We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of discrimination, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, ableism, sexual harassment, and bullying. Individuals, including artists and volunteers, with a known record of sexual or discriminatory misconduct will not be invited to participate in our events unless they have completed credible rehabilitative counseling. Any opportunity for a second chance will be determined solely by the discretion of the Centre’s staff and board of directors.
